DELIVERY AND RETURNS
At Love Prelove, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. Please read our delivery and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
DELIVERY
- All orders are processed within 2-3 working days of payment being received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. UK deliveries typically take 3-5 working days, while international shipping may take 7-10 working days.
- Shipping is free, although most customers prefer to collect their purchase in person from our store in Knightsbridge.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item. To begin the process, contact us via email at orders@loveprelove.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and receipts.
- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service to ensure safe receipt.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 working days. Funds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
- If you paid using PayPal, transaction fees are non-refundable, and your refund will exclude these fees.
- For exchanges or credit notes, please inform us when initiating your return. Note that exchanges are not eligible for further returns.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
- Items purchased in-store are not subject to our online returns policy. Instead, they are eligible for exchange or a credit note only.
- We strongly recommend reviewing items in-store before purchase to ensure satisfaction.
